Tesla investor decided to sue the founder of the company Musk because of his “messy” posts on the social network Twitter. Bloomberg reports this with reference to the statement of claim.

According to the plaintiff, Musk’s tweets expose the company to potential billions of dollars in losses. Additionally, they violate the 2018 agreement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. According to him, an entrepreneur must first coordinate his activity in social networks.

The complaint emphasizes that this behavior of the Tesla founder drowns out the voices of those in the company who should confront him and “protect” investors. In the future, this may seriously affect the financing of the company, the plaintiff is sure. He expressed the opinion that the company’s board of directors cannot curb Musk’s behavior on the Internet, despite repeated violations of the agreement with the authorities.
