Gas prices at the Dutch TTF hub soared to a record, hitting $1,000 per thousand cubic meters for the first time in history, according to the trade data.

At the time of publication, the cost of the October futures was 83.42 euros per megawatt-hour, or 1022.58 dollars per thousand cubic meters. Growth in comparison with the level of closing of the previous trading session was nine percent.
