The price of European gas has risen sharply

Exchange gas prices in Europe are accelerating for the second day in a row. Since the beginning of the trading on Wednesday, September 15, fuel prices have skyrocketed to $880 per thousand cubic meters, according to trade data.

At the maximum, the price reached 73.05 euros per megawatt-hour, which is 891 dollars per thousand cubic meters. As of 11:13 am, it has adjusted to 72.6 euros per megawatt-hour, or 888 dollars per thousand cubic meters.

On the eve, the price of natural gas exceeded $800 for the first time. Meanwhile, a week ago it was just approaching the $700 mark, and the experts did not expect such a rapid growth.
