Growth in dollar rates on the interbank market

15.11.2021

The growth of quotations to the nearest resistance levels should be used to open sell positions, inasmuch as dollar interest rates on the interbank lending market in London are growing and have reached a six-month maximum. The rise in rates means a high demand for the American currency from the bankers.

This situation is caused by the tightening of monetary policy of the US Federal Reserve, insofar as the Fed began to cut the QE program. Bankers are expecting a reduction in dollar liquidity in the financial system next year and are already playing out this factor in advance.

Trading recommendation: sell 1.1488/1.1520 and take profit 1.1445.
