The ruble has fallen at a record rate against the dollar and the euro. This is evidenced by the trade data.

For the first time since November 5, the euro rose above 83 rubles. The maximum for the day was 83.025 rubles. At the time of writing the news, the euro has dropped slightly and is trading at 82.89 rubles (plus 0.93 rubles compared to the closing price on November 11). The dollar exchange rate reached 72.5 rubles – a record value since October 22. At the time of this writing, the dollar is trading at the rate of 72.4 rubles.
