Against the background of news about the withdrawal of troops from the Southern and Western military districts to their permanent deployment points, the ruble soared against the dollar and the euro, according to trade data.

As of 14:30, the dollar dropped to 75.65 rubles, losing 1.26 percent, and the euro – to 91.21 rubles, which is a percentage less than at the beginning of the day.

The Moscow Exchange and RTS indices are also growing – by 0.7 and almost 2 percent accordingly, winning back the fall on the eve.
