The American Dow Jones industrial average index set a historic record on November 1, rising above 36,000 points for the first time. At 16:34 Moscow time, the index was equal to 36,000.01 points (plus 0.5 percent compared to the close of the previous trading session).

The growth of the market index was provided by the rise in price of shares of CRM, Boeing, McDonald’s, Walt Disney and American Express. The securities of these companies grew during the trading by 1-1.7 percent.
