The cost of tokens for gaming decentralized projects skyrocketed in a week. Experts attribute substantial growth to the metaverse of Facebook founder Zuckerberg.

Decentraland (MANA) token rose in price by 300 percent over the week, to $3.3, and the token of The SandBox (SAND) game project – by 240 percent to $3.1. The director of the cryptocurrency exchange service Alfacash Soshnikov believes that Zuckerberg helped to raise the price of coins, who mentioned cryptocurrency and decentralization in his appeal – market participants believed that these technologies would be integrated into the social network and gain access to its multi-billion audience. Both Decentraland and The SandBox are building metauniverses in which players can earn money by selling virtual property.
