The interest of foreigners in Russian federal loan bonds (OFZ) in July has grown substantially. Investments from non-residents increased by 19 percent compared to the previous month.

In nominal terms, investments increased by 169.2 billion rubles, according to the Central Bank. The share of bonds owned by non-residents in the total volume of the federal loan bond market increased by 0.9 percentage points to 19.9 percent.
