Oil and gas prices have set records, according to data from trading on the London stock exchange ICE. The price of oil for the first time since October 2018 rose above $80 per barrel, and the price of gas for the first time in history exceeded one thousand dollars per thousand cubic meters.

At the time of publication, the price of a Brent crude oil futures contract for November supply was $80.58 per barrel. Growth in comparison with the level of closing of the previous session amounted to 1.3 percent.
