Now there are two reasons for buying the euro. Firstly, the ECB announced a return to the previous volume of buying the assets of the eurozone countries, which will lead to a decrease in the supply of the euro in the financial system. Secondly, on the London interbank lending market, the benchmark three-month dollar LIBOR rate has renewed its historical minimum again, which signals an excess of dollars in the financial system and will have a negative influence on the American currency rate.
