On September 27, the dollar exchange rate is slightly declining against the ruble. At 11:35 it is 72.66 rubles (minus 0.07 rubles). Rising oil prices are helping to strengthen the Russian currency. December futures for Brent crude are traded at $78.15 per barrel (plus 1.15 percent), November futures for WTI crude oil – at $74.86 (plus 1.19 percent).
