Europe hopes that gas will become cheaper soon

The EU is not in danger due to temporary increases in natural gas prices, there are enough suppliers, and the market is working well to cope with the problems. This was stated by Bronagh O’Hagan, communications director of the European gas association Eurogas.

According to her, earlier Europe faced low prices, which also testified to the good state of the market. The official stressed that balance of supply and demand remains healthy, so the cost of fuel will surely decrease soon.

“We are confident that current prices will not prevail indefinitely,” she promised. O’Hagan did not indicate the timing of a possible price cut and the levels to which the cost of fuel will reach.
