The Amazon corporation of the world’s richest man, Bezos, is on track to defeat activists who wanted to unionize.

Company employees voted to join the union. Now workers are preparing to lose the war to Amazon insofar as more than twice as many people have opposed the initiative. However, we are talking only about preliminary data, the calculations are continuing.

In March, US President Biden called workers’ voting at a warehouse in Bessemer, Alabama, a “vital choice.” A total of 3125 ballots were submitted. In case of success, Amazon activists would have to contract with union leaders on issues such as working conditions and pay. People complained that the company often denied employees breaks, unexpectedly changed schedules, and obsessively monitored their activities.
