The dollar rate at the beginning of the main session on Monday, September 20, rose by 0.3 rubles to 73.16 rubles, the euro rate rose by 0.26 rubles to 86.72 rubles (as of 10:05).

The Moscow Exchange index fell by 1.15 percent to 3988.58 points, the RTS index – by 1.6 percent to 1717.15 points.

November futures for Brent crude oil fell 0.86 percent to $74.69 a barrel, WTI crude oil – 1.03 percent to $71.08.
