America is investigating the Apple case

The NRA has officially launched an investigation into two complaints about working conditions filed against Apple. The tech corporation, known for its dislike of publicly discussing internal issues, has been accused of putting pressure on workers.

In April, employees of the company launched a survey on the amount of salaries received for the same job through the corporate messenger Slack. However, Apple blocked the survey, citing the confidentiality of this information. Other surveys were also suspended, and none of them violated privacy rules. In late August, the corporation banned the creation of a channel for discussing fair wages, which, according to programmer Cher Scarlett, was for her “the last straw.” The employee filed a complaint with the US National Labor Relations Office on September 1.
