Most major cryptocurrencies declined in Tuesday morning trading, with Litecoin LTCUSD, -0.76%, undergoing the biggest change, dropping 2.28% to $85.69.

Six other currencies showed declines on Tuesday. Cardano ADAUSD, -1.88% fell 1.48% to 33 cents, and Polkadot DOTUSD, -1.36% fell 1.36% to $5.84.

Dogecoin DOGEUSD, -0.95% down 1.36% to 7 cents, and Bitcoin BTCUSD, -0.30% down 0.41% to $22,313.60. Bitcoin Cash BCHUSD, -1.20% down 0.31% to $123.27.

Ethereum ETHUSD, +0.19%, which showed the smallest decline, was down 0.25% to $1,562.43.

On the other hand, two cryptocurrencies showed gains, with Ripple XRPUSD, -1.37% showing the biggest gain of 1.41% to 38 cents. Uniswap UNIUSD, +0.74% rose 0.38% to $6.37.

Of the news from cryptocurrency-related companies, shares of Coinbase Global Inc. COIN, -1.40% down 1.74% to $61.68, and shares of MicroStrategy Inc. MSTR, -2.53% were down 1.45% to $234.00. Riot Platforms Inc. RIOT, -3.14% shares were down 0.95% to $6.31, and shares of Marathon Digital Holdings Inc. MARA, -3.64% were down 1.74% to $6.21.
