Bitcoin fell 1.6% to US$22,948 in the 24 hours to 8 a.m. in Hong Kong, bringing its losses to 3.5% over the past seven days. Ether lost 2.1% to US$1,631 and was down 0.9% in the same weekly period.

Dogecoin fell 3.8% to US$0.09, but is up 2.1% over the past week. Polygon lost 3.8% and fell in price to US$1.20, but its weekly gain was 2.2%. BNB dropped 0.8% to US$327.85, but over the past week its quotes rose 3.3%.

The cryptocurrency market capitalization fell 2% to US$1.07 trillion and total trading volume rose 27.4% to US$48.9 billion.
