The Central Bank issued the first license to the Atomyze asset tokenization platform

04.02.2022

The Central Bank of the Russian Federation granted the Atomyze tokenization platform the status of an operator of an information system for managing digital financial assets (DFA). This became known on the Interros website of Vladimir Potanin, one of the main investors in Atomyze.

The platform itself operates on the blockchain in order to tokenize physical assets. In other words, with the help of DFA, Atomyze allows individuals to invest in precious metals, and legal entities to manage large volumes of precious metals.

One of the first issuers of Atomyze is the Global Palladium Fund (GPF), which launched ETC on six major European exchanges, including London and Frankfurt, backed by Norilsk Nickel metals.
