According to a survey by the Huobi exchange, 68% of cryptocurrency owners claim that they first invested in this market only in 2021. Since 2020, another 21% of those who participated in the survey began investing in cryptocurrencies. And only 12% first invested about four years ago.

25% of respondents shared information that they hold from $1,000 to $10,000 in cryptocurrencies. 46% said that they keep only $1,000.

The survey was conducted among 3,100 US residents by the Huobi Group, the purpose of which was to assess the knowledge of users in the field of cryptocurrencies and the general opinion about the growth of the cryptocurrency market in 2021.
