The bitcoin rate on the October market grew by 1.4 percent in a few minutes – at 17:01 Moscow time, it was trading at $48,447.6 per coin. As of 18:15, it fell in price and cost $47,549.9.

The last time the meteoric rise of bitcoin was recorded on October 1. The cryptocurrency increased immediately by 11.3 percent, rising from $44,917 to $47,602. The jump in the rate was preceded by a sharp drop. On September 24, the cryptocurrency rate fell by 9.3 percent to $40,908, due to the decision of the People’s Bank of China (PBC, an analogue of the Central Bank) to prohibit all transactions related to the cryptocurrency.
