At the time of publication, the euro was worth 86 rubles. Decrease in comparison with the level of the previous session closing amounted to 0.09 rubles, or 0.01 percent.

On August 17, the Moscow Exchange Index set a historic record, reaching 3919.8 points. At the time of publication, it was equal to 3936.27 points.
