A serious obstacle to the development of the Russian economy is total corruption, in most states this phenomenon also exists, but not on the same scale as in our country. This was stated by the Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy, Doctor of Economics, Kalashnikov.

“Yes, they steal slowly everywhere, but in such a way that this is not visible on economic indicators,” the parliamentarian said.

There are proven recipes in the world for successfully combating this phenomenon, the deputy said, adding that many countries follow them, which, thanks to this, become world leaders. He named South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and European states as examples.
