In a few years, the dollar rate will return to 60 rubles. This was predicted by a leading analyst, referring to the cyclical proportion of the Russian and American currencies.

“During the period from the beginning of 2003 to mid-2008, the ruble has been strengthened against the dollar by 25 percent. If we take the maximums of 2020 as a starting point, when the dollar climbed above 80 rubles, then a rollback within the cycle under consideration can take the pair to 60 rubles in the coming years,” the expert explained.

He also added that the recovery of the Russian currency, as a rule, proceeds more slowly than the fall and is not always complete. Additionally, the specialist is sure that in the coming years the euro can stabilize to about 80-95 rubles.
