According to the Kommersant newspaper, the purchase was made at the end of 2020. A batch of 14 trucks from Asia was delivered to the Irkutsk region. According to experts, it is capable of providing three months of operation for the entire retail mining market in the country, the publication states.

The head of the Six-Nines data center (Sweden) Sergei Troshin noted that about 1.1 percent of the total capacity of the world bitcoin network can be mined on the imported equipment. Now, Russia took third place in mining in the world.
