The former head of Morgan Stanley Asia, Roach, believes that the dollar will decline significantly by the end of 2021.

The economist claims that in a bad situation, the American currency could fall in price by 35 percent. He thinks that the premise for this is the growth of the current account deficit in balance of payments of the United States, the strengthening of the European currency, as well as the inaction of the United States Federal Reserve.

On January 26, the US Senate approved Yellen as head of the Ministry of Finance. From 2014 to 2018, she headed the US Federal Reserve System.
